small apartment faulty shower
the apartment was small. IT lacked adequate space for luggage. the bathroom had a faulty shower head. the water pressure was also low. hallway carpet needed replacement.

helpful staff short walk pizza takeaway train station
the staff was friendly and helpful. i found a tesco just a short walk away (about 4 minutes). there is also a pizza takeaway and food shop next door. the train station is about a 5-minute walk, very convenient for getting around.
the pillows were slightly lumpy, though i managed okay.

the reception was very cute upon arrival. the owners are very kind and they are always willing to assist with any needs. the staff always had good tips about the area.

adequate but some issues
lumpy pillows dirty carpets
the staff explained about trains and the underground, this helped us get around.
The bed was not good. Lumpy pillows made it hard to sleep. I also noticed a lot of damage in the apartment, it didn't look as nice as the pictures. Hallway carpets had dirty marks and needed an upgrade.

decent aparthotel near train station
train station helpful staff polite staff lumpy pillows damaged apartment marked carpet
the hotel is near the train station. it took me about ten minutes to walk there from the apartment. the train got me to charing cross in about twenty minutes. the staff were helpful and polite.
the bed was not great i found the pillows lumpy. there was damage in the apartment. the hallway carpets had marks on them.

polite staff helpful staff private terrace
i found the staff to be very polite and helpful. they provided all the information i needed. we particularly enjoyed having our own little terrace, it was perfect.
the heating was turned off during the night, this wasn't ideal as we were traveling with young children.

the adjacent restaurant offered reasonably priced meals, very convenient. free parking was available, a great perk, especially when traveling with family. a convenience store next door had long opening hours, which we found very useful.

the hotel is very close to the rail station, providing easy access to the city center. a tesco supermarket is nearby, very convenient for groceries. the short train ride to central areas was a definite advantage for us.
